Mann acquitted in TADA case

NEW DELHI: Simranjit Singh Mann, a former MP, was on Tuesda acquitted by a Delhi Court in a TADA case registered against him over 15 years ago for allegedly making an inflammatory speech advocating creation of so-called separate state of Khalistan.

Mann was acquitted by Additional Sessions Judge Ravinder Kaur, who said the copy of the verdict will be supplied to the parties in three or four days. — PTI
