Allotment postponed

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The centralised allotment of seats in the sc/st category in aided training colleges that was scheduled to be held at the Government College of women, Thiruvananthapuram on November 10 has been postponed and will now be held at the same venue on November 14 (Tuesday). A press note issued here on Tuesday said SC/ST candidates who have higher order options for aided training colleges after the allotment done on October 21 can take part in this allotment. Details can be had frm the web sites `www.cee-kerala.org' and from cee.kerala.gov.in/capbed.' If students in these categories are satisfied with the allotment received now, they need not participate in the allotment on November 14, the press note added.

Alumni association registered

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The old students of the University College here who are 60 and above have registered an organisation by name Association of University College Alumni Senior Citizens. The Association is planning another get-together of old students of the age group during the last week of the coming month.
