NEW DELHI: All BJP members of the Delhi Assembly were on Tuesday expelled from the House for the rest of the session when they demanded an end to the sealing operations against traders and resignation of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit. The House was thrown into turmoil after Speaker Chaudhary Prem Singh rejected notice of an adjournment motion given by Leader of the Opposition Jagdish Mukhi. Trouble began when a handful of BJP members, led by the young brigade consisting of Vijay Jolly and Kulwant Rana, trooped into the well demanding resignation of the Chief Minister. They asked why she "misled" the House on Monday on the pretext of having a meeting with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to discuss the issue of sealing of commercial establishments operating in residential areas.
