Thiruvananthapuram: The 29th State sub-junior volleyball championship will be held at the Central Stadium courts here from Thursday. While the competitions in the boys' section will witness teams from all the 14 districts in the State in action, in the girls' section only 10 teams will vie for the top honours.
The groupings: Boys: Group A: Kottayam, Thrissur and Wayanad; Group B: Idukki, Kollam and Malappuram; Group C: Kozhikode, Kasaragod, Thiruvananthapuram and Palakkad; Group D: Kannur, Alappuzha, Ernakulam and Pathanamthitta. Girls: Group A: Wayanad and Thrissur; Group B: Kasaragod, Kozhikode and Palakkad; Group C: Kannur, Malappuram and Kottayam; Group D: Ernakulam and Thiruvananthapuram.
