Gudia's husband remarries

Taufiq, whom Gudia wed, also remarried recently

Meerut : Armyman Mohammed Arif, who was reunited with his wife, Gudia, under controversial circumstances after being released from a Pakistani prison, has remarried almost a year after her death.

Taufiq, whom Gudia married while Arif was held in Pakistan for almost four years, also remarried recently.

After Gudia's death on December 31 last year, Arif said he would not marry again and devote his life to bringing up Mateen, Gudia and Taufiq's child. Though he could not forget Gudia, he could not spend the rest of his life on memories, Arif told PTI after marrying Shaista of Chidoli village in Ghaziabad on Wednesday.
