Three held for fake credit cards

NEW DELHI: Three persons allegedly involved in printing fake credit cards, voter identity cards and other documents have been arrested by the South Delhi police. The police claim to have recovered 1,000 fake driving licences, voter IDs, 44 stickers pertaining to the Delhi Government and the Haryana Government, meter seal slip of BSES, 60 fake credit cards, five credit card swipe machines, one fake bill book and photocopy of passports of foreign countries from them.

Man arrested on theft charges

NEW DELHI: A 25-year-old man has been arrested by the Saraswati Vihar police in North-West Delhi on charge of involvement in cases of robbery, extortion, assault and auto-theft. At his instance, the police claim to have recovered two stolen but charred vehicles.

Three held in murder case

NEW DELHI: Three young men have been arrested by the North-East Delhi police in connection with the murder of a person whose charred body was found at Shahdara on October 22.

The police said the body of the victim, later identified as Sabir Ali, was found behind Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College.
