Kozhikode: The Kozhikode Principal Sub-Judge has dismissed a petition seeking to prosecute Rejina, the key witness in the Kozhikode ice-cream parlour sex scandal case, on charges of retracting her statements in the court. Principal Sub-Judge L.R. Sathyan rejected the petition, filed by the special prosecutor Anoop Kishen, Anweshi Women's Counselling Centre president K. Ajitha and lawyer P. Rajiv, on the grounds that it was baseless.
