Great Strides claims Thirumayam Plate

CHENNAI: Mr. Rm. Lakshmanan's Great Strides (Milan up) won the Thirumayam Plate, the main event of the races held here on Saturday (Nov. 11). B. Suresh trains the winner.

The stewards of the Madras Race Club have decided to postpone the fifth day of the Madras races scheduled for Wednesday (Nov. 15) to Saturday (Nov. 18) and advance the meeting slated for Saturday (Nov. 18) to Wednesday (Nov. 15), due to administrative reasons.
