HUBLI: There is a dire need to take benefits of the recent revolutionary developments in the ophthalmic field to the rural people, ophthalmic surgeon from United Kingdom Peter Dolman has aid. Inaugurating the three-day 25th State-level annual conference of Karnataka Ophthalmic Society "Silver Eyecon-2006" at the Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences here on Friday, Dr. Dolman said the onus in this regard was on the doctors.
