NLC gesture to Cancer Institute

CHENNAI: Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited on Friday donated Rs.25 lakh to the Adyar Cancer Institute.

According to a release, the Corporation made the donation as part of its corporate social responsibility and to enable the Institute to continue its noble service to the afflicted persons. NLC chairman and managing director S. Jayaraman handed over the cheque to Institute chairperson V. Shantha.
