Financial closure for MARG's Karaikal Port

CHENNAI : MARG Constructions, an infrastructure development company, has announced the financial closure for its Karaikal port project, which was being developed through its wholly owned subsidiary, Karaikal Port Pvt. Ltd. (KPPL), a release said. The project had been undertaken on a Build-Operate-Transfer basis with a capital outlay of Rs. 416 crore, which included Rs. 302 crore debt and Rs. 114-crore equity.
