Umpire Reuben passes away

Mumbai: Former Test cricket umpire Judah Reuben died here on Monday. He was 84.

He is survived by his wife and three daughters.

Reuben was admitted to a Mumbai hospital after he fell at his residence a few days ago.

But he was discharged and was at his Mumbai home when he breathed his last. Reuben made his international debut by officiating in the 1969-70 Test series between Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi-led India and Bill Lawry's Australia in Kolkata. — PTI
