KOCHI: Ernakulam won the overall championship in the Kerala State roller-skating championship which concluded here on Sunday.

The winners: Speed events (quad): Boys: U-6: Alwyn Fernandes (Tvm). U-8: L. Aaromal (Tvm). U-10: Ashwin Bharath Sandeep (Ekm). U-12: S. Nived (Knr). U-14: Hariprasad (Ekm). U-16: Don Paul (Ktm). Above 16: K.S. Siyad (Idk).

Girls: U-6: Aakamsha Santhosh (Tvm). U-8: Noureen S. Rahim (Tvm). U-10: Sachin Meya (Knr). U-12: Neema Tess Tom (Knr). U-14: Minu Benny (Ekm). U-16: P.V. Radhika (Knr). Above 16: Aswathy Krishna (Ktm) & S. Syni (Tvm).

Sirsa schools — Shah Satnam Ji and Maharaja Agrasain — won the boys' and girls' team titles respectively in the CBSE National judo championship that concluded at the Vidyodaya School Thevakkal on Sunday.

The results (Team championship): Boys, under-19: 1. Shah Satnam Ji BS, Sirsa (North-II, 26 pts), 2. Police DAV PS, Amritsar (North-II, 12), 3. Rainbow School, Saharan Pur (East, 5) & Little Angels HS, MP (West, 5).
