An avoidable problem

Mumbai: A slip-up, either by the BCCI or Pantaloon, has left the Indian team without a formal wear for the eight-week tour of South Africa. Pantaloon is the official supplier of formal wear for the Indian cricket team.

In the absence of the formal wear, the team will have to make do with a Nike shirt, which the team and support staff is supposed to wear while travelling in South Africa, during training and practice sessions, and at press conferences. Special Correspondent
