Dr. Reddy's files registration for ADS

HYDERABAD: Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is planning to raise capital from the international market through the issue of American Depository Shares (ADS). The company has filed shelf registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the stock regulator of the U.S., for offering ADS of up to 13.5 million shares, excluding the underwriter's over-allotment option. The registration filed on Form F-3 does not contain any information pertaining to the terms and conditions of the proposed offering as the company had decided to file a prospectus supplement in due course, according to a press release.
