VISAKHPATNAM : The Madhya Pradesh NCC Directorate team was declared the best in boat pulling and won the prestigious All India NCC Boat Pulling trophy. In a well-contested race, the Madhya Pradesh team won in the Senior Division (Girls) and the West Bengal team in the Senior Division (Boys) categories. The boat race was an important event in the ongoing All India Nau Sainik camp at the Ship Wright School here. NCC director General Prakash S Chaudhary who witnessed the race gave away the trophies to the winners. He expressed his happiness about the conduct of the camp. The 10-day camp in which 400 boys and 160 girls are participating will conclude on Wednesday.
