Kochi: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday directed the State Government to allot candidates to the merit quota seats in self-financing engineering, pharmacy and nursing colleges by November 24. Justice C.N. Ramachandran Nair also extended the last date for completing the admission procedure in these colleges to November 30. The deadline for the admission procedure had expired on October 31. The court ordered that if there were still vacant seats after the government filled its seats, the managements could allot its own candidates to these seats. They complained that the government had not yet allotted candidates for these seats.
