`Citizen' outlet opens today

Third one to come up in Brodipet in Guntur

GUNTUR: The Citizen Watches (India) Private Limited, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Citizen, Japan, will open its third showroom in Andhra Pradesh in Guntur on Wednesday.

The earlier showrooms were opened in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The third one will come up in Brodipet in Guntur.

Leading name

A leading name in the watch industry, the company had an exciting portfolio of wrist-wear for men and women as well as clocks, a company release said. Growing at the rate of 35 per cent per annum, it had ambitious plans for the Indian market. It opened a chain of exclusive showrooms across India called `First Citizen'.

Prime locations

Presently it has 33 First Citizen showrooms across the country. These are currently located in prime malls and shopping locations/markets in Delhi, Chandigarh, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Surat.
