United Phosphorus to buy Cerexagri

MUMBAI: United Phosphorus Ltd. (UPL), a leading crop-science company, has agreed to buy Arkema's 100 per cent shareholding in the Cerexagri group of companies. The size of the acquisition is expected to be 111 million euros subject to closing adjustments, says a UPL statement.
