Franklin Templeton to buy-out Indian arm

CHENNAI: Franklin Templeton Investments has announced that it has agreed in principle to acquire full control of its joint venture in India, Franklin Templeton Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. (AMC), by buying out the 25 per cent stake in the AMC's equity held by Hathway Investments.
