Four held for `killing' realtor

KARIMNAGAR: The Karimnagar district police arrested four persons who were allegedly involved in the murder of a real estate businessman in Teegalaguttapalli village on the outskirts of Karimnagar town on Tuesday night.

Disclosing this to newsmen here on Wednesday morning, Superintendent of Police D. S. Chauhan said that realtor M. Kishan Reddy, (38), was shot dead in front of his house in the village on Tuesday night.

Immediately after the incident, the police swung into action and based on the clues given by the family and other villagers, the police rounded up M. Prabhakar Reddy, (48), and following his confession, they arrested three others - M. Shyamsunder Reddy, M. Yella Reddy and Abdul Shakeel.

The accused, M. Prabhakar Reddy, said he was having a land dispute with his cousin brother Kishan Reddy.
