Telugu Desam seeks probe

HYDERABAD: Telugu Desam Legislature Party on Wednesday charged the Congress with running the Government as a `private limited company' granting favours and tenders indiscriminately to its supporters. The latest example of the sand mining leases going to "small and big Congress leaders" reflected this point TDP MLAs N. Janardhan Reddy and P. Keshav alleged at a press conference and demanded a judicial enquiry into it.

"We have all the evidence of these leaders owning the mines from Srikakulam to Chittoor and we can prove it before the enquiry commission," they said.
