`Exempt Gulbarga from helmet rule'

GULBARGA: Members of the District Veerashaiva Vidyarthi Okkuta on Thursday staged a protest in front of the Deputy Commissioners office demanding that the State Government exempt Gulbarga from the helmet rule. In a memorandum addressed to Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy , the okkuta said the exemption of Bellary district on the plea that it came under the hot zone held good for Gulbarga district as well.
