CHENNAI: The contact seminar classes of the directorate of distance education, Madurai Kamaraj University, will be held on Saturday and Sunday for students of undergraduate first year (A6C), second and third year students, postgraduate first year (A6C) and second year students, M. Phil. (A6C) and diploma courses at the Anna Adarsh College for Women, A-1, Second Street, 9th Main Road, Anna Nagar.

Spiritual course

The Art of Living, Villivakkam centre, will be conducting a spiritual workshop on its basic course including pranayama and the powerful breathing technique of `Sudarshan Kriya' developed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The class will be held at the Kamakodi Kalyana Mandapam, Agasthar Nagar, Villivakkam. Call 98840 16461.
