Puducherry: The State Planning Board will meet here on November 20 under the chairmanship of the Lt. Governor Mr Mukut Mithi to finalise strategies for the XI Five Year Plan (2007-2012) and to evolve the draft annual plan (2007-2008). Director of the Planning M. Sreedharan said that it would decide measures to tackle poverty and unemployment. Chief Minister and his Cabinet colleagues, Members of Parliament, Opposition leader, Chief Secretary, all Secretaries, Heads of all Departments and IG of Police would participate.
