`Banks must adopt a village'

CHITTOOR: District Collector S. S. Rawath has appreciated the Indian Bank in adopting a village for helping the farmers. He handed over a general credit limit of Rs. 25,000/- to each of the 40 beneficiaries at Bandivandlapalle on Thursday. He also asked the other banks to adopt one village and help the needy farmers in the drought-affected district.
