Electoral roll revision to be taken up in Kadapa

Applications to be received from November 25 to December 10

Final voter list to be published on February 23

40,110 graduates and 4,210 teachers enrolled for council polls

KADAPA: All eligible voters as on January 1, 2007, will be enrolled in a special electoral revision 2007, Joint Collector Kanthilal Dande said on Thursday.

Mr. Dande said presidents of all political parties could obtain a set of draft voter list from MROs on November 19 and also secure the final voters' list. The draft voter list would be announced on November 19 and applications, objections and alterations would be received that day. Applications would be received from voters in specified voter enrolment centres from November 25 to December 10, the Joint Collector said.

Applications would be received at all post offices . .

The draft voter list for MLC elections would be announced on November 22 and voter applications received from November 22 to December 7, he said.

The final voter list for MLC elections would be published on December 29, he said.
