SFI: suspend headmistress

ANANTAPUR: The town unit of the Students Federation of India (SFI) here on Friday sought the suspension of the headmistress of Sharada Municipal High School, Vijayasri Goud, alleging that she had refused to hand over charge to her successor and for collecting fee from SC, ST and BC students. Girl students of the school led by the SFI took out a procession in the town and submitted a memorandum to Mayor R. Parasuram and Commissioner K.V. Anjaneyulu. The Mayor and the Commissioner told the students that action would be taken against her for indiscipline.
