BHOPAL: A court here on Friday reserved till November 24 its order on an application by the CBI seeking permission to pose fresh questions to witnesses in the criminal case against Union Carbide related to the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy. Chief Judicial Magistrate Ravindra Singh reserved his verdict after hearing the CBI counsel's claims that certain facts were missing in the questionnaire given to witnesses who had appeared in the case. The court has been recording statements of witnesses about the leak from the Union Carbide factory here . -PTI
