SALEM: The Salem Steel Plant (SSP) organised a customer interaction programme as a part of the Vigilance Awareness Week in Chennai recently. Presiding over the meeting, Executive Director of SSP P.M. Balasubramanian said that emphasis was being laid on good governance. Executive Director (Vigilance), Steel Authority of India Limited, Anil Kumar, said that the objective of vigilance was to improve business efficiency. Deputy General Manager in-charge (Marketing), R. Viswanathan, also spoke Essay writing and oratory competitions were also held.
