THRISSUR: A 37-year-old man was arrested from Mannuthi, near here, on the charges of extracting money from people by posing as an assistant motor vehicles inspector. The police gave the name of the accused as Poovanthuruthu John, of Panachikotta, Nattakam, Kottayam district.
