Badhirolsavam concludes

KOCHI: Badhirolsavam '06 concluded here on Sunday with prize distribution for the cultural programmes presented by hearing impaired children.

The two-day school youth festival for hearing impaired children at the Town Hall was organised by the Ernakulam District Association of the Deaf.

There were group dances, Thiruvathira Kali, Oppana, break dance and band display, in which children moved to the beats, though they could not hear.

K.V. Thomas, MLA, inaugurated the celebrations.
