On a peace mission

Height is an occupational hazard to basketball players. They were clearly bowled over when they saw towering pachyderms in all their glory in Kochi on Tuesday. The famed Harlem Globetrotters, on a world mission to propagate peace, were the cynosure of all eyes.

They also found the jumbos an easy proposition and one or two of the adventurous players made a try and climbed up with little difficulty, much to merriment of the locals who have assembled in droves to have a `dekko' at the players.
