KOCHI: The Kerala Coastal Folk Arts Academic Museum was inaugurated at Kalavoor on Tuesday. It showcases the history of chavittunatakam for those interested in pursuing research and other programmes in the field.

The museum is part of the efforts by Kripasanam Powranika Rangakalapeetom to promote folk art forms, said centre director Fr. Joseph Valiyaveetil.
