NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday gave time till December 8 to the Action Committee of Recognised Unaided Schools here to file objections to the Ashok Ganguly Committee's recommendations for admissions to pre-nursery and nursery classes without subjecting children and their parents to interviews. A Division Bench of the Court comprising Justice Vijender Jain and Justice Kailash Gambhir has already made it clear to the Action Committee that it would have to implement the Ganguly Committee recommendations on an experimental basis in the coming academic session. Bench extended the time on a request by the Action Committee. The Action Committee submitted that it required more time to file its objections and suggestions.
