Shreyas Shipping to acquire container vessel

MUMBAI: In a bid to augment its fleet strength, Shreyas Shipping and Logistics has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) for purchase of fully cellular ship at a cost of Rs. 60 crore. In a filing on the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said the proposed procurement of the 1,300 Teu capacity vessel built in 1991 would fulfil the requirements of its expanding logistic operations.
