Fahad case: two more arrested

Kozhikode: Two more persons have been arrested in connection with the case of securing a fake passport for Pakistani national and alleged Al-Badr activist Mohammed Fahad from the Kozhikode Passport Office.

A special investigation team of the city police arrested Kammad Haji , 60, and his daughter Fathima Beegum, 30, on Tuesday. They are relatives of Fahad, who was nabbed with another militant Mohammed Ali Hussain by the Karnataka police in Mysore last month.

Both of them have been remanded to judicial custody by the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court at Kunnamanglam here for 15 days.
