Puducherry: The Director of British Council (South India), Chris Gibson, will launch council's first research project in India under "Development Partnerships in Higher Education" (DelPHE) at Rajiv Gandhi College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at Kurumbapet near here on Friday. A release from Kartar Singh, Deputy Director of British Council at Chennai, said on Wednesday that the project would be funded by the U.K.-based Department of International Development and managed by the British Council. Chief Secretary to Government Pradip Mehra would inaugurate the project.
