Puducherry: Professor Manoj Das, a Sahitya Akademy awardee, handed over prizes to children of Soucilabai Government Girls Higher Secondary School on Tuesday, who were adjudged proficient in various competitions and creative arts. The competitions were held in connection with the Children's Day celebrations. The vice-president of the Parents Teachers Association R. Shanmugham welcomed. Principal of the school K.P. Chamola also spoke.
