PATHANAMTHITTA: Prasadom preparation in Sabarimala has once again caught in a controversy with the anti-sabotage team of the police sighting insects in the ghee left in the frying pans at the `appam' preparation unit attached to the temple complex on Wednesday. The team had found flies, cockroaches and small spiders in the ghee left in the frying pans during its routine inspection at the `appam' unit on Wednesday forenoon. Sabarimala Executive Officer C.Thulaseedharan Thampi said that the `appam' preparation unit had not been operating since Tuesday as there was enough stock. Mr. Thampi said the ghee left in the frying pan was not for reuse.
