KURNOOL: The police and Transport Department will enforce the helmet rule from December 1, according to a press note by Superintendent of Police B. Malla Reddy and Deputy Transport Commissioner Ramasri. They said two-wheeler riders without helmet, those attending mobile calls during driving and without seat belts in four-wheelers would be penalised. The two departments would conduct awareness programmes during the week preceding the helmet rule.
