KOZHIKODE: District Collector A. Jayathilak has informed that Additional District Magistrate P. Balan has been appointed public information officer in the Revenue Department and Shirasthadar, K.K. Rajan assistant public information officers. The District Collector is the appellate authority. Other officials in the revenue divisional office and taluk offices of Kozhikode, Vadakara and Koyilandy have been appointed information and assistant information officers.
