HYDERABAD: Four Government departments have joined hands to launch an initiative to develop `Brand Hyderabad' on Wednesday. As the first step, MCH, HMWSSB, HUDA and Traffic Police, have appealed to people of the city to help select a logo from among the four short-listed. Minister for Municipal Administration K. Ranga Rao and Mayor T. Krishna Reddy released the four different logos at a press conference in the presence of Deputy Mayor Subash Chanderji and Commissioner Sanjay Jaju. Voting will be from 6 a.m. on November 25 to 12 p.m. on November 28. Special ballot boxes will be installed at several places including MCH offices, malls, eSeva centres, etc. Votes can be cast by logging on to www.ourmch.com, sms by typing MCH A, B, C or D to 8888 or contest forms can reach the MCH office by November 30 by post. Prizes of Rs. 1 lakh each will be given to the lucky winners, besides consolation prizes.
