BSES launches new power bill

Simple to read, the bill gives information relevant for the consumer

NEW DELHI: Private power distribution company BSES on Wednesday unveiled its new multi-colour bill that conforms to current international practices and benchmarks and has been revamped to also address customers' concerns by containing a lot of relevant and useful information.

Launching the project, Chief Executive Officer of BSES Rajdhani Power Limited Lalit Jalan said, "The new international look bill gives due importance to consumer priority and wish list and is amazingly simple to read and comprehend. It has the provision for all the relevant consumer use information."
