JAIPUR: IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd. on Thursday entered into an agreement with the Bank of Rajasthan to offer advanced e-trading facilities for the bank's account holders. IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd., a subsidiary of the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), will make available the services of www.IDBIpaisabuilder.in, an advanced online trading portal, to the bank's customers.
"We are extremely happy to be associated with the Bank of Rajasthan in this venture. This tie-up will provide the bank customers with a world class online investing platform with the backing of two reputed and established financial institutions in the country," said S. Muhnot, Managing Director and CEO of IDBI Capital, after inking the deal. A day earlier IDBI Capital had a similar tie-up in Delhi with the Punjab National Bank for use of www. IDBIpaisabuilder.in, Mr. Muhnot informed.
The portal allows investing online in equities, mutual funds, initial public offers and also provides relevant information and analysis. "IDBIpaisabuilder.in is targeted mainly at the retail investors, many of who have missed out on the recent boom in Indian stock markets. The site will give an opportunity to our 75,000 account holders to take the right decisions, minimising the risk," said B.M. Sharma, Managing Director of the Bank of Rajasthan.
