NEW DELHI: Meghna Bal produced a round of one-over 73 and stretched her lead to 15 strokes after three rounds of the 39th Ladies Northern India golf championship at the Delhi Golf Club course here on Thursday. Meghna's aggregate of 219 is six below her handicap of -3. She is virtually assured of taking the premier title as well as the junior girls crown since teenagers have occupied the top four places in both the categories. Vaishavi Sinha shot an 83 and Laverry Kumar, an 84, to follow Meghna in that order. In the sub-junior section, leader Shreya Ghei was 17 strokes ahead Gurbani Singh. The scores: Meghna Bal (74, 72, 73) 219; Vaishavi Sinha (76, 75, 83) 234; Laverry Kumar (81, 75, 84); Nalini Singh (74, 82, 85) 241; Shruti Khanna (76, 83, 83) 242; Nikita Jadeja (83, 79, 82) 244; Shreya Ghei 85, 85, 84) 254. Junior girls: Meghna Bal (74, 72, 73) 219; Vaishavi Sinha (76, 75, 83) 234; Laverry Kumar (81, 75, 84) 240; Nalini Singh (74, 82, 85) 241; Shreya Ghei (85, 85, 84) 254; Shweta Galande (84, 91, 85) 260; Mani Chander (84, 89, 89) 262.
