Man falls to death

Thiruvananthapuram: A 34-year-old man, who was engaged in mechanical work on the third floor of a bookshop at Manjalikkulam road, slipped and fell to death on Thursday afternoon. The deceased was identified as Santhosh of Chathannoor. The body has been kept in the mortuary of Medical College Hospital (MCH).

Injured

A 50-year-old man was seriously injured while he attempted to get aboard a moving train at Thampanoor railway station on Thursday. Giri of Ernakulam has been admitted to the MCH with serious injuries to his limbs.
