HYDERABAD: Six dissident MLAs of the Telangana Rashtra Samiti on Friday cautioned the people of Karimnagar Lok Sabha constituency against voting for TRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao as his victory will dilute the issue of separate Telangana. They have demanded that the TRS chief withdraw from the contest if he is really committed to the cause of Telangana. "Separate Telangana can be achieved only through the victory of nominees of either the Congress or the BJP. How is Mr. Rao expecting to achieve a separate State if the national parties lose the battle?" they asked. They said the mistakes committed by the TRS chief had adversely affected the movement.
