HYDERABAD: Imagine playing SuDoKu in a 3D background with video and easy-to-use point-and-click interface with music. Hyderabad-based 7Seas Technologies Limited, one of the country's first ISO certified game development companies, has precisely done that. The company has introduced the new innovative version of SuDoKu, the puzzle game that requires not calculations involving numbers (1-9) but can be replaced by alphabets (A-I). The puzzles in the new version have been crafted to fit highly experienced players to novices with four levels of difficulty. It has inbuilt features like "Hint" that shows you the solution for the unsolved block. "The new version has been developed keeping in view the need to mix IT with entertainment and we are trying to include more features into it," 7Seas Managing Director L. Maruti Sanker said. The company has involved the programmers. "Unless they have that passion, they will not be able to make the game attractive," he said. And, the listing of the game in the "hot categories" of AOL Games, Yahoo Games and other leading sites proves Mr. Sanker's point. In addition, the company could bring out the product at much less cost.
