PERINTHALMANNA: E.M.S. Memorial Cooperative Hospital, one of the State's largest hospitals in the cooperative sector, will launch a flat panel cath lab here on Sunday as part of strengthening and augmenting its cardiac treatment facilities. Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan will inaugurate the cath lab at 10 a.m. He will also lay the foundation stone for a paramedical education complex being set up by E.M.S. Memorial Cooperative Hospital. Minister for Local Administration Paloli Mohammedkutty will preside over the function. A. Vijayaraghavan, MP, MLAs V. Sasikumar and Manjalamkuzhi Ali, District Collector K.S. Premachandra Kurup, district panchayat president Arimbra Mohammed; and municipal chairman C. Divakaran will offer felicitations.
